How can I place an
order?
There are 2 easy ways to order merchandise from PJ Publications
& Gifts, LLC.
You can either place your order here online using PayPal,
which is the quickest way to get your order shipped to you. I ship
most orders within hours of payment. PayPal is a safe and
effective way of sending money. If you are unsure how to use PayPal or have questions about it, please contact us. You can also
place an order by mail. Just send your check, cashier's check or
money order with your order, and send to PJ Publications & Gifts, P.O. Box
45468, Madison, WI 53744-5468.
When can I expect to
receive my merchandise?
Most items ship from Madison, Wisconsin, within hours of
receiving the order. Home decor items, like the stained glass pieces
and metal wall hangings, may require a special order and additional
time to reach you. If this happens, we will let you know. Some
people receive their orders in as little as two to three days! All
orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. If
you need your order rushed or sent Priority Mail, please let us
know. There is an additional charge for packages sent Priority Mail
which is based on package weight.
What is your return
policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not
completely satisfied, we will issue a full refund (minus shipping
and handling costs) within 30 days after receiving your merchandise.
How do you calculate
shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on shipping only to the lower 48
states in the United States, and your total purchase, as follows.
Shipping insurance is optional at your request. We strive to keep
these costs as low as possible. We use the same formula used by
PayPal to calculate shipping. And if you spend $50 or more with us
on any single order, your shipping is

Do you ship outside the
United States?
At this time I can only ship to the lower 48 states in the
United States. All packages are sent via the United States Postal
Service with delivery confirmation. This service is only available
to the lower 48 states from my area.
Do you charge sales tax?
If you are a Wisconsin resident, a 5.5% sales tax charge needs
to be
added to your total. The State of Wisconsin requires me to do this.
How can I receive
FREE
shipping?
When you buy more you save more! And if
you spend $50 or more with us on your order we will give you
FREE SHIPPING!

If this is a gift for
someone, can you include a gift card?
Absolutely! We will be happy to include an attractive gift card
at no additional cost. Just let us know what you would like the card
to say.
How can I get my
discount if I have a promotional code?
If you place an order online, your discount will be issued AFTER
you pay. We are currently unable to issue automatic discounts. But
please be assured you will receive your discount if you are entitled
to one. If you place an order by mail, simply deduct the discount
from the total cost BEFORE adding shipping & handling charges, and
applicable sales tax.
Do you have a physical
storefront?
At this time we are an Internet-based company.
Do you have a privacy
policy?
Yes, we take your privacy very seriously.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information
to outside vendors.
We collect your information, including name,
mailing address, email address, and if you have provided them, a
company name and phone number, when:
- you have placed an order.
- you have requested that your order be
shipped to a different recipient.
- you have registered for a sweepstakes or
contest.
We use this data to properly fill your order
and for record keeping. We may also periodically send you
promotional materials by regular mail. If you do not want to receive
these mailings, simply contact us.
When you visit our website, we may be able to
recognize your domain name.
Our email newsletter is sent out only to
subscribers. If you have subscribed to our newsletter and no longer
wish to receive it, please contact us. There is also an area at the
bottom of the newsletter to unsubscribe.
The linked websites on our site are those of
third parties with separate privacy policies, so we therefore have
no responsibility for their content. We do welcome feedback about
these sites.
