I’m a seasoned, multiple award-winning freelance content writer, marketer, and journalist specializing in pets as they intersect with topics of health, nutrition, finance, science, technology, and business.
I love the entire writing process - developing ideas, searching for the most pertinent research, interviewing experts, distilling complex data into readable prose, and editing rigorously until the words flow.

On a Personal Note
I believe it's essential to give back. Through the years, I’ve contributed to a number of charities, including humane societies and wildlife sanctuaries. I've raised funds for homeless animals, written pet care guides and articles, acted as educational coordinator, hosted events, lobbied to local government, and cleaned beaches.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in the natural sciences, I'm comfortable poring through scholarly journals. And because I enjoy interviewing veterinarians, scientists, and pet experts, I'm always learning something new. The end result is content that ultimately helps pet parents make informed decisions.
One of my favorite ways to relax is with good reading material. I also regularly walk as a form of exercise, enjoy visiting museums, and being near water.
